整流器概述及分類

概述

制動器是直流線圈，由交流電供電時必需配接整流器將交流電轉(zhuǎn)換成直流電供電磁制動器工作。通常情況下，制動器的電源在整流器的交流側(cè)控制，若需實現(xiàn)制動器的快速制動，則應(yīng)在整流器的直流側(cè)對制動器進行控制（在整流器的直流側(cè)串接一個與電機電源同步的開關(guān)）。我公司開發(fā)有直接可實現(xiàn)快速制動的整流器，在整流器交流側(cè)斷電就可實現(xiàn)快速制動。
具有以下特點：
1. 外形美觀、體積小、接線方便；
2. 全進口電子元器件，具有輸入、輸出保護電路，適應(yīng)于電感器件的高頻次工作；

整流器使用注意事項

l 整流器輸入端必須接入工頻50HZ電源，嚴禁接入變頻電源。

l 整流器的輸出直流電壓必須與制動器額定電壓相匹配。

l 整流器*大允許直流電流2.5A。

l BZL3整流器與制動器電壓匹配見下表：
